What you enter to compare plans stays on your device. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. No health plan or carrier receives it.
Your answers about your situation, your drugs, pharmacy, priorities, current plan, and the doctors you choose stay in your browser tab and are cleared when you close it. They are never sent to us. A saved file is kept only where you save it. A private link holds your check-up after the # sign, which web browsers never send to any website, including ours. Anyone you give the link to can see your check-up.
We do not use accounts, cookies, or advertising or tracking tools. We do not ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number, plan member ID, or any plan login.
MedicareScout is for adults. A caregiver may use it on behalf of a family member.
Connections use encryption (HTTPS).
Network results come from each plan's public provider directory. Each result shows its source and as-of date. Directories can be out of date, so confirm with the plan before you enroll. We keep earlier versions of this directory data so we can roll back a bad update.
Email the address above. Most of what you enter never reaches us, so there is nothing to delete. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to reply.
